How do I get my files after buying?

Everything in the shop is a digital download, so there’s no shipping and no wait. As soon as your Etsy payment clears, the files appear under "Purchases and reviews" in your Etsy account, and Etsy also emails you a download link.

What file formats do you use?

Printables, planners, and wall art come as print-ready PDFs. Each listing states exactly which files and formats are included before you buy, so there are no surprises after checkout.

What paper sizes do the printables support?

Planners and printables include both US Letter and A4 versions. Wall art is sized for standard frames, from 5×7 up to 24×36, with the available sizes listed on each piece.

Can I print these at home?

Yes — everything is tested on ordinary home printers and looks good in both color and black & white. For large wall art, a local print shop or an online photo printer will give you the crispest result.

Can I share the files or resell them?

Our downloads are for personal use, so print as many copies as you like for yourself or your household. Sharing the files, reselling them, or using them commercially isn’t allowed.

What if something is wrong with my download?

Etsy generally doesn’t accept returns on digital items, but if a file doesn’t work or isn’t what the listing described, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Do you use AI in your products?

Our templates and layouts are original design work. When AI assists with artwork, we say so plainly on that listing, so you always know exactly what you’re buying.

Can I request a printable?

Please do — some of the best things in the shop started as customer requests. Send your idea through the contact page and we’ll let you know if we take it on.
